Transparent Metallic Static Shield Bags, ESD, are specifically designed to provide a static-safe environment for sensitive electronic devices. SSZ912 measures 9" x 12" and works well for packaging multiple small items or large items like a circuit board. Bags are metallic in color but transparent enough to allow for part identification. Made with a 4-layer construction that includes 2 static layers, an aluminum shield, and a polyester layer. The metal “Faraday cage" layer shields products from electrical energy and prevents static buildup. Resealable zipper and 3.0 mil thickness.
