HS8CT is our 8 inch hand sealer that has a 5mm seal and built-in cutter. Heat sealers are great for heat sealing most poly bags and stand up zipper pouches for a tamper resistant closure. Sealers work by applying a pulse of energy to the sealing area, followed immediately by cooling. This option allows you to heat seal the bag and trim it all in one. Hand sealers require no warm up time and have a variable heat setting for different materials. To use, set the temperature (timer), insert the bag between the sealing bars, then press down, and release.
