GLHT2 is our Gummed Linen Hinging Tape by Lineco and is suited for valuable, heavier artwork. White and made with 65/66 thread cotton fabric, this tape measures 1 1/4" x 3600" (300 ft.). It offers high tact and lays flat, making it ideal for hinging mats and heavy photographs, collages, and watercolors. Activate adhesion by moistening tape with water and apply to the back of the mat or art surface. The gummy adhesive can be easily removed by re-applying water to the tape. This tape is acid-free and pH neutral, making it a perfect choice for long-term or permanent installations.
