Custom Stationery

File Requirements:

• For initial quotes, PDF or .JPEG files are preferred. Illustrator or EPS files are required during design and for final ordering.


• All Files must be in vector form. Think of it as cutting out the pieces of art and then placing it on a clear bag. If you don’t have your file in vector form it is as if you place a white paper down with all the pieces printed on it, rather than the individual pieces.


• Text must be created into outlines. Our printers will not download missing fonts and your text will come out looking different then your chosen font.


• All images within the file must be embedded. If images are linked instead of embedded they will not be on the printed final product.


• 300 DPI (resolution). Any lower and we can not assure that the image will be printed as clear as shown on the screen.


• Artwork needs to be on a die line of the bag/box to assure proper logo placement.

• Virtually any paper from any mill
• Printed or Embossed
• Styles: Catalog-Large open-end (shorter end) usually with a center seam, Baronials-Large pointed flap, usually open-side (longer end) with diagonal seams, Announcement-Square flap, usually open-side (longer end) with side seams.
