Custom Boxes

If you still can't find what you are looking for, we can customize any of the stock box styles. Once you choose custom, define the size and features that best fit your needs.

We can also offer products beyond the scope of our stock boxes using our wide network of engineers at US based and international partners. A ClearBags Custom Product Sales Representative can help to develop specialized packaging solutions.

Custom Box Features:

Various gauges and sizes available from .25mm (10 mil) to .70mm (28 mil)
Plastic options: PET, PVC, PP
1-8 printed colors
Styles: Soft Fold, Crystal Clear, Anti Scratch, Food Safe, Archival, Hanging, Auto Locking Bottoms, Frosted, 2 piece, shapes (squares and rectangles, circles, purses, tubes, clamshells, blister trays, sheets, pillow).

Minimum order quantities apply.

Varying lead times from 17-21 days domestic express to 60-75 days standard. Import Direct can be 45 to 90 days, pricing available depending on order.

For initial quotes, PDF or .JPEG files are preferred.

Final print files must be in Illustrator EPS vector format with text converted to outlines. Think of it as cutting out the pieces of art and then placing it on a clear bag.

Images within the file must be embedded. If images are linked instead of embedded they will not be on the printed final product.

Images must be at least 300 DPI (resolution). Lower DPI than 300 at the actual size of print can not assure that the image will be printed as clear as shown on the screen.

In addition, we appreciate if artwork is on a die line of the bag or box to ensure proper logo placement.
